Mojo61 and Mojo Classic editor page - saving settings, global, snapshots.

When you are connected to the editor of the Mojo61 or Mojo Classic it is important to understand the difference between global settings and sound editing settings. The first page you will find in the editor is called "homepage". For example in the homepage you can find MIDI channel settings, behaviour of the sustain pedal etc etc. You don't need to save the selection in any way here... when you change something, this is automatically saved as "global" inside the instrument processor.

Now take a look at the bottom of the screen: depending on your instrument (if Mojo61 or Mojo Classic) you will see for example "EDIT VB3", "EDIT EFFECTS" etc etc. These are what we call sound editing settings because they have to do with the sound of the instrument... here you can change many parameters that will impact how the instrument sounds. When you change these parameters, they need to be saved using the "snapshot" and you have 8 "slots" available, they are like 8 different sound settings for the entire instrument. In a new instrument, all snapshots are empty and all parameters are in the default positions. If some parameters are changed and you want them to be maintained at each subsequent power-on of the instrument, you must save the settings in a free slot. You can save up to 8 different snapshots, and the last one selected by the editor will always be automatically re-selected at each power-on.

Some settings regarding the effects that can be matched only to the piano sounds, that is, the type of effect and the on/off status, are automatically memorized and assigned to each of the 4 piano sounds. For example, if I set TYPE to E.P., then recall the Rhodes using the Upper Preset A button, then turn on the Phaser, this will be memorized together with the Rhodes sound. Switching to the Wurlitzer I might want to turn on the chorus. Now if I switch between Rhodes and Wurlitzer I will have Phaser and Chorus respectively associated with the sound.
