What is MJU?

MJU is a piece of hardware made by GMLab, in the same factory where Crumar products are made.

It's a smart USB and MIDI device able to do a lot of useful things: mainly it "translates" or "generates" events coming from its MIDI IN port or from its input jack to a MIDI message of your choice.

It has a 3-digit display, 2 menu buttons, one MIDI in port, one MIDI out port, one USB connection for power and MIDI in/out (class compliant) and one TRS jack connection IN.

The classic example is the "conversion" of a analog jack expression pedal into midi messages. You would like to have your expression pedal sending MIDI data out: just connect you pedal into the jack input of MJU, select and configure MJU and you will be able to send out MIDI messages from your expression pedal.

Another example can be the multiple compatibility of one device (like halfmoon or sustain pedal). Let's say you have halfmoon for Mojo Organ but you would like it to be compatible with another instrument... just connect the halfmoon to MJU, set it and you will have out from it the MIDI message/messages required.

Last but not least: you can convert your "lower manual for Mojo61" to a fully working keyboard: MJU will give power to it and will translate MIDI messages to standard NOTE ON/OFF messages.

The upper button is the page navigation, the lower is the value select.
