I ordered my Crumar from one of your retailer but they are not delivering my instrument, can you please tell me when you will ship?

Unfortunately we don't have access to information about stock and shipping details of our retailers. We have a distribution net, please contact your dealer for this. Usually instruments are shipped to a distributor and they will take care of shipping to retailers based on orders... sometimes we even do not know the retailers and we do not have contacts with them. Reasons for delay can be different and not it necessarily depend on us. There's no way we can "speed-up" a delivery of one or another order. Also keep in mind that the electronic market suffered from lack of parts and components after 2021 and 2022. We (and everyone else) are going back to normal but this will probably takes years.
