Halfmoon and Footswitches - compatibility and schematics

A few important notes about accessories.

- Halfmoon with code HMS-15-BK is discountinued and was only compatible with "Old" Mojo dual or MojoXT.

- Halfmoon with code HMS-20-BK is compatible with Mojo Classic, Mojo Suitcase, DMC-122, Mojo61. You can't physically attached an halfmoon to mojo61 but only to the lower manual. Mojo Desktop does not support halfmoons.

- Footswitch with code CFS-02 is discountinued and was only compatible with "Old" Mojo dual or MojoXT.

- Footswitch with code CFS-12 is compatible with Mojo Classic, Mojo Suitcase, DMC-122, Mojo61 and Mojo desktop.

- Expression pedal with code EXP-15-MS  is discountinued and was only compatible with "Old" Mojo dual or MojoXT.  

- Expression pedal with code EXP-20-MS  is compatible with Mojo Classic, Mojo Suitcase, DMC-122, Mojo61 and Mojo desktop.

- Expression pedal with code EXP-10 is a generic expression pedal with an internal potentiometer rated on 10kOHM with potentiometer brush connected to jack's ring. This pedal can also be compatible with many other keyboards and different brands.
