What are D9X and D9U?

D9X and D9U are MIDI controllers and they do not emit sound. You must connect them to an instrument via MIDI or USB and, in this way, you can control the tonewheel sound with the usual and famous drawbar faders. A common use is to connect them to our Gemini module, so you can control the internal VB3 sound in real time. Please be aware that they send out "fixed" MIDI CCs# , compatible with our products: it is possible that you need further actions in order to make them compatible with your system.

Standard CCs# messages for D9U with stock firmware are: First row - upper manual CC from 12 to 20 - Second row - lower manual CC from 21 to 29 - MIDI channel 1.
