As you can imagine, we receive many requests for endorsements and collaborations.

Let’s clarify one thing upfront: we generally do not provide our instruments for free. Our core business is designing, developing, and assembling musical instruments. We are primarily a factory with offices, staff, a warehouse, and production lines. Of course, promoting our instruments through social media and other channels is part of the job, but it represents only a very small portion of our daily operations. These promotional activities are typically handled by our partners, distributors, and resellers.

Occasionally, and entirely at our discretion, we may offer artist pricing to support touring musicians. We hope you understand that these decisions are difficult — we have to choose whom to support, and that inevitably means saying no to others. It’s not pleasant, but it’s necessary. That said, we generally avoid one-off arrangements. Our logistics are optimized for bulk shipments to retailers and distributors, not for sending individual units here and there.

Are you asking us to sponsor your tour or assist in case your instrument gets lost or damaged on the road? We’re sorry, but we’re not structured to offer that kind of support. We don’t manage endorsements directly — some of our distributors do, but we don’t, and we prefer to keep it that way.

At the end of the day, the reason is simple: we are a factory. We build instruments. That’s our primary job. We don’t have dedicated staff for artist relations, YouTubers, or social media personalities.

You’re always welcome to reach out with proposals, and we genuinely appreciate it! But please don’t expect anything in return. It might happen, it might not.

Visiting Our Factory...

Yes, Italy is beautiful, the food is great, and we’re also located near Venice! But please don’t come expecting a showroom visit, a guided tour, or a two-hour demo comparing instruments. It’s not that we’re unfriendly — it’s just that we’re a working factory.

If you visit us, you’ll see people assembling instruments with screwdrivers, moving boxes with forklifts, and doing real production work. Maybe that’s interesting to you, we don’t know, but either way, our factory is not open to the public. You can’t come here, try our instruments, and go back home with one: we don’t sell instruments directly here.
