I received a damaged/DOA/malfunctioning instrument shipped from one of your retailers: can you please take care of the problem?
It is very important to always follow the correct procedures: if you bought the instrument from one of our retailers and you suffered shipping damages, or the instrument is not working properly or has problems, you can always write us but keep in mind that, during the warranty period, your first contact is always the seller.
We are here to help but we don't ship parts, we do not replace instruments or take actions by our own during the warranty period directly... this has to be done by the seller first, then will be the the seller that has to contact us or the distributor.
When you buy a Crumar instrument you are most likely not buying from the factory... there's a complete chain in between: a distributor and a reseller, these companies are there to help you too and they have their own roles.
We can make exceptions in special cases but at our sole discretion.
