There may be some cases where your instrument may enter into recovery mode; this means that the internal software fails to boot. Upon powerin on, all the panel lights remain on without proceeding with synchronization. If the problem is with the software and not with the hardware, you can try to perform the recovery procedure. This involves downloading the latest firmware available for your instrument from our website, if the file is zipped, unzip it to a compatible USB stick and insert the USB stick into your instrument. Connect to the instrument's WIFI using the same procedure you are normally use for accessing the editor.

You should see a "recovery page" instead of the editor - follow the instruction in the screen: the instrument will take the necessary files from the USB stick and will try to recover the operating system.

If the procedure is not working, unfortunately, there's an hardware failure.
